Cable Racking

Cable racking is a smart, space-saving solution ideal for storing cable drums, spindles and reels in an organised, vertical format. Commonly used in electrical supply stores, manufacturing facilities and warehouses, it improves accessibility, streamlines inventory management and maximises floor space by keeping bulky or awkwardly shaped items safely stored and easy to handle.

We offer two types of cable racking configurations to suit different load requirements and storage needs:

Centre Mount – Designed for heavier cable drums and higher frame setups

Front Mount – Ideal for lighter loads and compact storage configurations

Centre mount overview

Best for heavy-duty cable drum storage.

Features:

Supports heavier loads up to 1800kg per level

Maximum frame height: 7315mm

Suits spindle/pipe diameters: 48–88mm OD

Minimum 2 bays required for heights up to 4267mm

Minimum 3 bays required for heights from 4877mm to 7315mm

First beam level max height: 2210mm from floor

Subsequent beams not to exceed 2591mm openings

Beam sizes best suited: 914mm, 1219mm, 1372mm

 

 

Front mount overview

Ideal for lighter-duty applications and smaller cable drums.

Features:

Supports lighter loads up to 500kg per level

Maximum frame height: 4267mm

Suits spindle/pipe diameters: up to 48mm OD

Minimum 2 bays required for setup

First beam level max height: 2210mm from floor

Beam spacing between levels: max 2210mm

Beam sizes best suited: 914mm, 1219mm, 1372mm
