You should always check your goods as soon as they are delivered to you to ensure they are what you ordered and they are not damaged or faulty. In this situation, please contact us straight away with photos or further information and will endeavour to rectify the issue right away.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
